About Stefan
I believe in developing good people who have the potential to make this world a much better place.
Trained as a coach at the age of 24, I was improving performance in Leaders and Managers, before I'd led and managed myself.
I've architected, facilitated and led change for organisations including Nationwide Building Society, NFU Mutual, and Santander and coached and consulted in organisations including Age Concern, Friends of the Earth, Co-Op and Adecco.
In 2017, to spend more time with my family I left corporate world behind, opening The Freshwater Coffee House - named the 4th best coffee house in the UK in 2020 on TripAdvisor.
Since then, I've opened my own art gallery - The Little Boat and in 2023, I returned to coaching and facilitating for organisations including DEFRA, GDS, Food Drink Europe, Rud Pederson, Shuttelaar and Partners, Billing Finance, Time Finance and Bailey & French
I am an award winning musician and an endurance racing cyclist and am proud to be from Wolverhampton; hence the black and gold.
